Rite Way Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is proud to announce the successful partnership of Berg's Heating and Air Conditioning, the residential division of Berg's Enterprises, Inc. (BEI) effective April 2, 2025. With this strategic move, Rite Way continues to expand its service offerings in Cochise County, including Bisbee, Tombstone, Sonoita, and Douglas, and strengthens its commitment to delivering high-quality heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, sewer, septic, and generator services to local customers.
Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning, a trusted provider of heating and cooling for over 50 years. Founded in 1974 by Dick Berg, Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning has been a trusted name in residential HVAC services throughout Cochise County for over half a century. Through this acquisition, Rite Way is acquiring the residential remodel, service, and maintenance business lines of BEI. The commercial and federal operations will remain under the BEI umbrella, and they will continue to serve contractors in the new-build residential markets in Cochise County and across Arizona. This partnership allows BEI to fully focus on b2b pursuits, especially construction in southern Arizona. The acquisition brings together two reputable companies that share a dedication to customer satisfaction and employee development. Through this partnership, Rite Way will now offer a broader range of services to Berg's Heating and Cooling customers, including plumbing, sewer and drain services, septic services, electrical repairs and installations, and Generac whole-home generators, alongside heating and cooling solutions.
